Paul Garner, art & artifice.

Hi, I’m Paul Garner, Executive Art Official of Art & Artifice. I’m a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, and I’ve called Memphis, TN home since 2006. I’m a 2011 graduate of Memphis College of Art (MCA), where I recieved my BFA in painting. I’m skilled in graphic design, illustration, painting, prop and set fabrication, animation, and more. I worked for over 10 years as a community organizer, championing various efforts encompassing housing, public transit, education, and criminal justice. I like to write and play music with my band, “Aktion Kat!” when I’m not working on any number of other creative projects.
