Hi, I’m Paul Garner, Executive Art Official of Art & Artifice. I’m a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. I called Memphis, TN home from 2006 until my recent move to Chicago and beyond this year (2025). I’m a 2011 graduate of Memphis College of Art (MCA), where I received my BFA in painting. I’m skilled in graphic design, illustration, painting, prop and set fabrication, animation, and more. Besides my time as an artist, I worked for over 10 years as a community organizer and trainer, championing various efforts encompassing housing, public transit, education, and criminal justice. I like to write and play music with my under various identites when I’m not working on any number of other creative projects.
